How it works and what it costs

Transparency from the start: you know what we'll do, what it costs and how long it takes before we begin.

1. Free information

All the guides on this site and the eligibility test are free. They help you understand your options before talking to a lawyer.

2. Lawyer consultation (paid)

In a video call of about 45 minutes, the lawyer:

  • Reviews your situation and documents.
  • Tells you which routes you have and which is best.
  • Explains real timelines, risks and costs.
  • Sends you a written summary with the next steps.

If you then hire us, the full consultation fee is deducted from the final fee.

3. Written quote

Before we start you receive a quote with the total fee, what it includes, government charges listed separately and estimated timelines.

4. Full handling

The lawyer prepares the documents, files the application, follows up with the offices and, if needed, represents you in court. We keep you updated at every step.

Payment methods

Bank transfer (including international) and other methods confirmed when you book. Longer procedures can be paid in stages.

Your consultation fee is credited

The consultation with the lawyer is paid because it is real professional work: we review your case and documents and give you a concrete strategy. If you then decide to go ahead with us, 100% of the consultation fee is deducted from the final fee.

Why isn't the consultation free?
Because a lawyer studies your specific case and gives you a strategy. So it isn't an extra cost, it's credited if you go ahead with us.
What if I don't want to continue after the consultation?
There's no obligation. You keep the analysis and the written summary of your case.
Do the fees include government charges?
No: revenue stamps, postal fees, court fees and consular fees are paid separately and listed in the quote.
